How to Create?
Pi offers three ways to create documents. If you're stuck, try the one-sentence generator for AI-inspired ideas. If you already have content, simply import or copy it, and let AI help refine and format your work!
Create by pasting text
If you already have an outline or partial text, use this feature to let AI expand and improve upon your content.
Create With Prompts
If you only have a general idea, try this feature to create a complete presentation from one sentence, and let AI spark your creativity.
Create with files or URLs
If you already have complete content, use the import feature to let AI enhance and refine it. Support for uploading PDF, PPT, DOC, or using a URL.
How to Edit?
Pi boasts advanced AI-powered editor. Whether it's text or image, you can effortlessly edit with just one click, making your work easier than ever!
How to Edit the Outline?
Once you input your content, Pi will automatically generate an outline. The outline can be reordering, editing, deleting, and adding new sections.
Reorder Outline
To change the order of outline cards, use your mouse to drag the card from its top-left corner and move it up or down as needed.
Edit Outline Content
To edit the text in an outline card, place your cursor directly within the card, and you can begin editing immediately.
Delete/Add Outline Pages
To delete an outline card, move the mouse to the top-right corner and click Delete. To add a new card, hover between cards and click the plus sign (+).
How to Optimize Text with AI
Pi’s powerful AI-powered editor lets you refine text with ease—whether it's tweaking a single paragraph or optimizing an entire page at once. Make your content richer and more detailed, or streamline it for brevity, all tailored to fit your specific needs.
Optimize Individual Text with AI
Click the top-left drag handle next to the text to choose options for expanding, condensing, or performing other text modifications.
Optimize Entire Card with AI
Click the diamond button in the top-left corner of the card to use AI for full-card text modifications, including optimization, translation, and text refinement.
How to Optimize Images with AI
With Pi, images in your generated documents are smartly paired with your text for perfect harmony.If you’re not satisfied, simply input a prompt to generate fresh images with AI—making your document visually stunning in no time!
Clicking on an image reveals an edit button in the top-right corner. Click this button to input a prompt for generating new images. You can also have AI optimize your prompt for more vivid results.
How to Change the Layout?
Pi features a powerful AI-driven layout editor that lets you transform page layouts with just one click—fast and flawless! Say goodbye to tedious manual adjustments; it’s now easier than ever to achieve stunning results effortlessly
Change the Layout of the Entire Page
Optimize the Page Layout with AI
Click the diamond button in the top-left corner, select “Try a different layout,” and let AI optimize the arrangement for you.
Change Image Layout with One Click
Click the layout button in the top-left corner to quickly choose image arrangements.
Modify Components within a Single Page
Click the drag handle in the top-left corner of the card text to quickly modify text layout options like Bullets or Text Box, making content presentation clearer.
You can also add new components by selecting your preferred component and dragging it to the desired location on the page.

How to Share&Export?
Share your presentation
Pi enables you to share a direct link to your presentation with others. Be sure to check the permission settings before sharing.
Export your presentation
Pi supports multiple export formats, including PDF, slides, and images, to meet various needs.
Notably, since Pi offers built-in editing capabilities, there’s no need to download files for third-party editing. Sharing via link is faster and more convenient.
How to Preview?
Mobile Preview
Experience the convenience of previewing your Pi content on your mobile device. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone, and watch as the layout magically adjusts to fit your phone’s screen size, providing an optimal viewing experience every time.
Web Preview
On the web version, you can preview directly by clicking the preview button. If animations have been added, they will also be displayed in the preview.
Pi leverages state-of-the-art AI-native stream-based intelligent editing architecture, enabling seamless multi-device adaptive layouts. This ensures that content is rendered fluidly and professionally across computers, smartphones, and even large-scale presentations.
How to Check Reading Statistics
To access the Data Analysis page, click the Analysis button at the top of the page. Here, you can review the presentation’s reading frequency over the past 30 days and detailed reading data for each individual page. This insight helps content creators better manage and optimize their content.

How to Upgrade or Renew Your Membership
To upgrade your membership, click the Upgrade button in the lower-left corner of the Workbench page. This will take you to the Membership Recharge page, where you can also view your invitation count and recharge history. These features help you manage your membership more efficiently.
