Eco-Friendly Residential Complex(2020)
The design object is a 15,000-square-meter medium-sized eco-friendly residential complex for 200 families, with residential buildings, green spaces and supporting facilities. Its core strategies include passive design, renewable materials, rainwater collection and solar energy use. The purpose is to create a low-carbon, comfortable living environment, minimize environmental impact and realize harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
Historical Building Renovation(2020)
The design object is a 19th-century historical building with cultural heritage value, mainly used for public display and cultural exchange after renovation. The core strategy is to retain its original architectural features and cultural details while adopting eco-friendly materials and energy-saving technologies to improve safety and usability. The design purpose is to protect cultural heritage, inherit historical context, and transform the old building into a functional space that integrates culture, leisure and education, balancing historical protection with modern use.
Commercial Office Space Design(2022)
The design object is a 2,000-square-meter commercial office space for a technology company, accommodating 80 employees with open work areas, private offices and meeting rooms. The core strategy is to combine ergonomic design, natural lighting and smart office systems, using eco-friendly materials to create a comfortable and efficient environment. The design purpose is to improve work efficiency, enhance team collaboration, reflect the company’s innovative image, and build a humanized, low-carbon office space that meets modern work needs.
Urban Renewal Projects(2023)
The design object is an old urban block covering 50,000 square meters, including old residential buildings, dilapidated commercial streets and public facilities. The core strategy is to retain the original urban context, renovate dilapidated buildings, optimize public spaces and introduce green infrastructure. The design purpose is to improve the living and living environment of residents, activate the vitality of the old block, balance historical inheritance and modern development, and build a livable, inclusive and sustainable urban space.
