DRESS CODE POLICY
The University of Los Santos, San Andreas, maintains a professional learning environment. Students are expected to present themselves in a manner that reflects the values of professionalism, discipline, and respect.
Why Uniforms Are Important
The university uniform serves several purposes:
• Promotes equality among students regardless of background.
• Creates a professional academic environment.
• Encourages discipline and accountability.
• Identifies enrolled students on campus.
• Enhances safety and security within university facilities.
• Instills pride and unity within the university community.
Students are expected to wear the prescribed university uniform during all scheduled classes, activities, practical exercises, field activities, and official university events unless otherwise authorized by their instructor or administration.
Uniform Requirements
Students shall:

Wear the complete prescribed uniform.

Maintain a clean and presentable appearance.

Wear appropriate footwear.
✓
Display proper identification when required.
Students shall not:
✗
Wear inappropriate clothing during class.
✗
Remove required uniform components without authorization.
✗
Wear clothing that is disruptive, offensive, or inconsistent with university standards.

Dress code violations shall be referred to the Guidance Office.

Students may be removed from classroom activities until dress code deficiencies are corrected.
STUDENT ATTENDANCE POLICY
Attendance is an essential component of academic success and professional development.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, activities, laboratories, practical exercises, and examinations.
Maximum Absences
Students may incur a maximum of four
(4) unexcused absences.
Upon the fifth (5th) unexcused absence
, the student shall be classified as:
NO CALL NO SHOW
and may be
dropped from the university roster.
Excused Absences
The following may be considered
valid excuses:
• Medical Emergency
• Hospitalization
• (1) Family Emergency
• Court Appearance
Students must submit supporting documentation within seventy-two (72) hours.
Acceptable documentation
includes:
• Medical Certificate
• Fit-to-School Clearance
• Official Documentation supporting the absence
The Dean or Guidance Office reserves the right to approve or deny excuse requests.
STUDENT GRADING SYSTEM
The University utilizes a competency-based grading system designed to emphasize participation, practical application, and professional development.
PASSING GRADE
Minimum Passing Grade: 75%
Students must also:
✓ Complete required practical activities
✓ Submit major assignments
✓ Complete final assessments
✓ Maintain good academic standing
Honors Recognition
Dean's List: 95% and Above
Honor Student: 90% to 94%
Merit Recognition: 85% to 89%
Students with disciplinary sanctions may be disqualified from honors recognition.
INCIDENT REPORTS
The university encourages students to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment. Students who experience or witness misconduct may submit an Incident Report.
Examples include:
• Student-to-Student Issues
• Student-to-Faculty Issues
• Harassment
• Bullying
• Academic Misconduct
• Classroom Disruptions
• Violations of University Policies
Reporting Procedure
Step 1:
Submit an Incident Report Form to the Guidance Office or Dean's Office.
Step 2:
The matter shall be reviewed and investigated.
Step 3:
All involved parties may be interviewed.
Step 4:
The Dean or Guidance Office shall issue an appropriate resolution.

STUDENT ADMISSION POLICY

Individuals who wish to enroll at the University of Los Santos, San Andreas must complete the admission process before participating in academic programs.
Admission Requirements
Entrance Examination
Written Examination
Minimum Passing Score: 75%
Practical Activity Assessment
Applicants shall complete one course-related activity demonstrating aptitude and interest.
Ranking Process
Final Ranking Formula:
Entrance Examination = 60%
Practical Assessment = 40%
Applicants shall be ranked according to their final score.
STUDENT ADMISSION POLICY

Individuals who wish to enroll at the University of Los Santos, San Andreas must complete the admission process before participating in academic programs.
Course Placement
The university administration shall determine available slots.
Applicants who pass but cannot be accommodated due to limited capacity may be endorsed to other available academic programs
based on:
• Ranking
• Performance
• Student Preference
• Available Slots
Enrollment is not guaranteed solely by passing the examination.
CLASSROOM ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Classroom assignments and activities shall be determined by the assigned instructor.
Classroom Cleanliness
All students share responsibility for maintaining a clean learning environment.
Students shall:
• Dispose of waste properly.
• Return furniture and equipment to their proper locations.
• Clean workstations after laboratory or practical exercises.
• Respect university facilities and property.
Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in disciplinary action or additional classroom duties assigned by the instructor.

By enrolling in the University of Los Santos, San Andreas, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all university policies, procedures, and academic standards contained within this handbook. Failure to comply with university regulations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal from the institution.
